Most requests are delivered in just two days or less. Motion and video requests are generally delivered in 3-4 days.
More complex projects can take longer or will be broken up into smaller tasks.

All communication takes place via Asana, on your own personal Visual Aide board. Tasks can be submitted, reviewed and marked as complete easily. You will have access to email as well, but we prefer to keep communication in Asana so that everything is trackable and in one place.

As a member, you can add as many requests to your queue as you'd like. They will be delivered one request at a time if you subscribe to the Starter plan and two requests at a time if you subscribe to the Turbo plan.
